♦Gem Name: Azurite Facet-3 Cut-5TA
♦Gemstone Location: Chest
♦Homeworld Court: Blue Diamond
♦Appearance: Azurite is a fairly small gem, about as tall as the average Sapphire. Her hair is light blue in color and unkempt and long. Her outfit consists of a dress colored in various hues of blue, with some stripes and (too) long sleeves. She wears boots under this dress.
♦Personality: Being alone for most of her time, Azurite tends to talk a lot, but mostly to herself. She does this to fill up the silence of the room where she works, as poofed gems don't say much until they regenerate. When she is in company of another gem, she might not stop talking even though it's no longer quiet. Azurite is a curious gem, and when a poofed gem she has to keep an eye on regenerates she will probably ask them many questions about what it's like on the battlefield and what kind of thing caused them to poof. She might ignore the feelings of the other gems out of her curiosity about the war. She might be curious about those things, but she does not want to be a soldier or anything of the likes. She just wants to learn as many things about the gem and their role in the war as possible in the short time that the regenerated gems are in her presence, since she has watched them for so long without knowing their stories.
♦History: This Azurite is a fairly young gem, created about a decade before the end of the gem rebellion war to help the poofed soldiers recover. She hasn't experienced much of the war, aside from seeing the many poofed gems on Homeworld.
Of course, she had asked the first gem that regenerated in her presence (which was a Ruby) many questions. The Ruby didn't answer all those questions, but the ones that were answered gave Azurite a small part of an image of what the war was like. But Azurite wanted to know more about the war, she didn't want het knowledge to be limited to the stories of the ones who poofed. She asked every gem that regenerated in her presence questions about various things regarding their missions. The most interesting answers came from a Topaz, who told her more about the gem rebels than any gem had done before. At the time Topaz told her this, the gem war was close to being over (though neither of them knew that back then), and the rebels had lost most of their members in one way or another. The Topaz also proudly told Azurite how she shattered one of the higher-ranked rebel gems, which left Azurite with a ton of respect for this large soldier gem.
Azurite has never been to another planet, but she does have some kind of mental image of what these planets look like from the stories she's heard and answers she's gotten.
♦Purpose: Azurite watches over gem soldiers that have survived their missions but have been poofed and sent back to homeworld by their. She can also help speeding up the regeneration process if asked of her by a high-ranked gem.
♦Gem Weapon Azurite is not made for a purpose that requires weapons or tools and therefor does not have a weapon.

♦Gem Ability:
Fast Regeneration
Azurite can try to speed up the time regeneration of poofed gems takes by touching them. This does not always work, as the gem should be willing to co-operate with this. This only works on poofed gems, Azurite cannot do anything to "regenerate" a shattered gem.
If Azurite were to be poofed, she would probably regenerate much sooner than most other gems because of this ability.
