Upsilon 8
A fully colonized terrestrial planet about twice the size of Earth. It is steeped in gemmic military culture, and serves as a station for nearly half of Yellow Diamond's vast armada of ships, weapons, and soldier gems. Enormous palaces as well as wide, golden roads have been put into place for hosting the annual jubilees and parades, celebrations of Yellow Diamond's many military victories as well as of the victories of the Gem Empire as a collective.
